What is the Home Improvement Scheme?
The Home Improvement Scheme enables homeowners who cannot afford to finance the works they need to have their homes fully refurbished.
London Rebuilding Society works in partnership with Local Authorities and other agencies to provide a package of works and services tailored to meet your needs and circumstances. We commission an independent survey of your home so you know exactly what works need to be done and how much they will cost. We manage the entire works process and even arrange for any temporary accommodation and storage you might require. Most importantly, we pay all costs up-front. You only repay us when you finally come to sell your home.
If you own your own home and your property is in need of repairs or adaptation but you cannot afford to get the works done then the Home Improvement Scheme can help you. Click here to find out more about how the scheme works.
